Resolution for Unity in the Nebraska Republican Party

WHEREAS, the strength of the Nebraska Republican Party lies in its commitment to conservative principles, fiscal responsibility, and the promotion of individual liberties; and

WHEREAS, recognizing the importance of a united front to effectively address the challenges facing our state and nation and upholding the values that bind us together; and

WHEREAS, understanding the need to foster an environment where differing viewpoints are

respected and constructive dialogue is encouraged; and

WHEREAS, realizing that a united Nebraska Republican Party is essential to successfully

championing these principles and ensuring a strong and prosperous future for our state and nation; and

WHEREAS, emphasizing the crucial role of endorsing and supporting Nebraska Republican

candidates to ensure a strong Republican representation locally and in Washington; and

WHEREAS, recognizing that unity in a post-primary environment is vital for the success of the

Nebraska Republican Party, our candidates, and the advancement of our legislative agenda;

Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Nebraska Republican Party State Central Committee Members:

We, the members of the Republican Party, hereby commit to seeking unity within our ranks and working collaboratively to advance our shared values;

We will engage in open and respectful dialogue, recognizing the strength that comes from diverse perspectives and ideas;

We will prioritize the pursuit of common ground, seeking areas of agreement and compromise without compromising our core principles;

We will support our elected representatives, party leaders, and grassroots activists, recognizing the importance of a cohesive team working towards shared goals;

We will actively work to bridge any divides within the party;

We call upon all Republicans to unite in our commitment to the principles that define our party, and to stand together in the pursuit of a stronger, more prosperous United States of America; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution be distributed to all Republican

Party county chairs, State Central Committee members, elected officials, and grassroots

organizations, urging them to adopt and promote these principles of unity within the party.

Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Nebraska Republican Party State Central Committee Members:

Endorse the incumbent Republican federal delegation primary nominees, Senator Fisher and

Senator Ricketts, and the Representative Members of Congress, Mike Flood, Don Bacon and

Adrian Smith.
